On February 16th, 2021, the first inspection at the two buildings featured in the LIFE SUPERHERO project as part  was held. The inspection is part of action C2 “Best-practice for realization of HEROTILE-based roofs” and it was done in a building located in Via Maramotti (Reggio Emilia).

The inspection in this phase was done by Prof. Marco D’Orazio, Eng. Elisa Di Giuseppe and Eng. Gabriele Bernardini of the Polytechnic University of Marche (UNIVPM) and it was necessary to define the details of the thermal monitoring project and energy of the buildings which will take place as early as next summer, to verify the performance of the buildings at present. During the inspection there was also a discussion with the President Marco Corradi, Eng. Ercole Finocchietti of the Casa Emilia Romagna company, in charge of the buildings, and Luigi Cibelli of the social planning and management service (ACER) and the two condominium administrators of the Antompaoli & Guareschi studio.

Finally, the residents of the buildings’ apartments had been informed about the activities that will be carried out in the project.
